1. Commonwealth International University (CIU, Simferopol, Crimea, Ukraine) has at last received the Ukrainian State license to work.

2. CIU was created on the basis of the Crimea American College (CrAC). CrAC was the center of the Christian theology in Crimea. It had been seriously influencing all the Soviet Union and after the USSR fall CrAC continued to influence all the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS – former USSR).

3. I began to cooperate with CIU-CrAC in 1998 with the good will of such famous missionaries and scientists, as Ziden Nutt, Georges Carrillet and Sergei Golovin. It was, indeed, the honour for me to pronounce for the first time some my ideas (watch «Peacemaker», isaurian.blogspot.com, 25.09.2012) during the conferences at CrAC-CIU.

4. The CrAC-CIU system is, for sure, one of «the two candlesticks standing before the God» (Rev., 11:4) in Crimea (the other one is Mustafa Jemilev – the greatest yet alive human rights activist of the former USSR).

5. I congratulate heartily the CIU with the possibility to work legally in Ukraine, advancing the Kingdom of God. God bless you, brethren!
