CRIMEA CRISIS. PEACEMAKING WAYS.

CRIMEA  CRISIS.  PEACEMAKING  WAYS.
Press release № 140 E

1. The Crimea March 2014 crisis has the invisible spiritual essence, which is revealed in two dimensions of this crisis carnal nature. The first such a dimension is a religious one, realized in the activity of the earth human “churches”. The second dimension is the military-nuclear-H-bomb one.

2. The spiritual essence of the crisis consists of the connection between hand-made idols and devils (1 Cor., 10:20). This connection is seen in the bloody battle of the human iconworshipping “orthodox churches”. They name one another to be the sister-churches, but in fact they have between themselves the non-stopping cruelest interorthodox war. I have discovered the phenomena of it, analyzing the Russia-Georgia military clash of 08.08.08 (08 August 2008). The discovery of the interorthodox war was depicted in my interview to Ali Hamzin (Foreign Affairs Department of Crimea Tatars Mejlis chief), published in the “Avdet” newspaper (watch: “Peacemaking Effect. Crimea”, isaurian.blogspot.com, 27 February 2014).
3. One of the interorthodox war phenomena is now seen in the struggle of the orthodox Moscow and Kiev Patriarchates (and some other flat idols worshipping groups) in Ukraine. The sharpest excess of this struggle is the Crimea crisis, where two “orthodox sisters” – Russia and Ukraine – are now on the edge of the hot war. The interorthodox struggle has crushed the fragile balance of the post-Soviet system, because true is the God Almighty to say: “I will cast your carcases upon the carcases of your idols” (Lev., 26:30).
4. The religious revelation of the Crimea crisis has also the interislamic aspect. My discovery of the global significance of the World Interislamic War was depicted in “War and Peace”, isaurian.blogspot.com, 07 September 2013.
In Crimea the Islamic community during the Khanate period was dominated by the sufi order of Mevlevi (the whirling dervishes – they individually whirl in a “zikr”, i. e. in the glorifying of Allah; the Sufis of the Nakshbandiya order have a silent swinging sitting in a circle zikr; the Sufis of Kadyriya order have a jumping round dance with crying zikr) with the strong influence of the sheikhs of Bukhara Nakshbandiya and North Caucasus Kadyriya. But in Russian Imperial era this sufi line developed into the rather liberal (as today one say “Euroislamic”) sufi Jadidism of Ismail-bey Gaspiraly (Ismail Gasprinskiy). And now the sufi trend in Crimea is very weak: the leader of the Islamic community is the Spiritual Directorate of the Moslems, connected with the Mejlis (it is cooperating with the Turkish theologians; the ideas of Nursi are circulating in it, etc.); the competing Directorate was created by Khabashites (the followers of the Abyssinia theologian); some groups are dominated by the wahabis, connected with the Arabs; some shiah groups exist, etc. The Mevlevi traditions are kept only by master-sufi Dr. Alife Yashlavskaya (the bikech, i. e. princess, of the beylik, i. e. princedom, Yashlav), who tries to vivify the Mevlevi “tekiye-dervish” (the abode of dervishes) in Eupatoria (Kezlev) town. Alife-khanum has discovered there the grave of sheikh Mansur – the spiritual sufi Kadyriya leader of the North Caucasus (especially – Chechens) in the first half of the XIX century A. D. This is the most holy place for all Kadyriya believers. Therefore, the today Chechen President (in Russia) Ramzan Kadyrov, who is also the hereditary sheikh of Kadyriya, appeared to be involved into the Crimea crisis, being sure, that the sufi traditions in Crimea were to be defended from the “heretics”.
5. The interorthodox and interislamic battle in Crimea has induced the nullification of the 1994 Budapest Declaration, with which NATO, USA and Russia made the territorial integrity of Ukraine be the condition of the removal of the nuclear weapons from this territory. The break of this condition, e. g. the independence of Crimea or its’ return to Russia, can be interpreted in such a way, that Russia is obliged to return to Crimea all 150 H-bomb warheads, with the total capacity to exterminate all the planet (with USA and Europe). It means the vivification of the so called “Southern Bastion” (the Northern one – strategic nuclear forces region near the Arctic Ocean; the Pacific one – near the Pacific Ocean) of the former USSR “Strategic Defense Triangular”.
6. What peacemaking activity can one have in such a situation? I recommend here the following ways:
 6. 1. To use the non-idolatric Christian missions in Crimea, having created a good base for preaching, teaching and peacemaking, e. g., Mission in Russia and all former Soviet Union of the American Rehabilitation Ministry and Bible Academy.
6.2. To use the Lutheran inheritance of Crimea. E. g., the magnificent kirche, bell-tower, Sunday school, church refectory and hostel were built in Crimea capital Simferopol with the personal decision of Emperor Nicholas I. They were confiscated by Stalin; bell-tower was exploded; the other buildings were given to different commercial firms and state offices. Only the refectory was returned to the Lutherans and serves now as a small kirche. All these historic buildings must be returned to the believers; they must be reconstructed; the spiritual center of the Evangelical church must appear again in the heart of Simferopol in Crimea. The problem with the Lutheran inheritance is the wonderful instrument for the German, American, etc. Lutherans to work in Crimea with any kind of Government.
6.3. To use the peacemaking inheritance of Lev Tolstoy, who was connected with Crimea. He created his own Evangelical-kind Christian theology; he cooperated with the American “Society of Friends” (known to non-members as “Quakers”) and with the Russian, American and Canadian Dukhobors. For this he was anathemated and cursed by the Russian Imperial Orthodox Church, which anathema is being kept valid by the today Moscow Patriarchate.
6.4. To use the inheritance of Jelaladdin Rumi (the “Mevlyana” – the founder of the Mevlevi order; the great poet, theologian, philosopher; his works influenced Chaucer, Shakespeare, Hegel, etc., now they are very popular in USA and Europe) and of the peaceful Ismail Gaspirali sufi jadidism.
7. Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God (NKJV, Matthew, 5:9).
Peace unto you! (John, 20:19)
