PUTIN. BORSHCHEV. KIRCHE.
On 29 April
2014 I met V. Borshchev – the famous member of the Moscow Helsinki Group and of
the public council of the Russia Prosecutor General. He said, he would have a
possibility to meet personally with president Putin. My suggestions to be transferred to the president read further.
I gave Borshchev some dozens of our post cards (isaurian.blogspot.com, 02 October 2013) with the appeal to Putin to return the historic Evangelish Lutheran kirche in Krasnodar to the believers. The post cards were taken with the clear intention to give them to Putin from hands to hands. It may be a straight act “to bear Christ’s name before the kings” (Acts, 9:15).

Borshchev did not know, that Ukraine had been practized the methadone substitution program in Crimea (including prisons) for last 4 years, and that Russia had prohibited it totally.
