INTERNATIONAL PEACEMAKING IN RUSSIA

INTERNATIONAL  PEACEMAKING  IN  RUSSIA
Press release № 147 E

1. Russia continues to be the thermonuclear Leviathan – the only one, capable with one blow to demolish the USA, Europe and all the Earth. Special international peacemaking projects are necessary “to bind him for thy maidens” (Job, 41:5). Some such projects are depicted further.

2. In the first project we published in 2013 a book of the very talented young Christian writer – Nika Voroshilova. The book contains her literary tale about the adventures of a small kitten – “A road to home, or Timothy in a search of happiness” (in Rus.: “Doroga domoy or Timofey v poiskah schastiya”). With this tale (illustrated with her own pictures) Nika has won the competition for the best literary tale, organized with the Krasnodar Territory branch of the Union of Russian Writers.
3. The chairman of the competition jury was a known science-fiction author – I. Yasinskiy, the disciple of the late professor E. P. Alyoshin, vice-chairman of the territorial branch of the writers’ union, an ethnic Pole, the member of the Krasnodar Roman Catholic congregation, whose step-daughter is now a student of the Jagiellonian University of Cracow (Poland).
4. The book contains a very gentle and attractive story about the reconciliation of generations, based on the principles of Bible consulting. It is very popular among children, their parents and grandparents.
5. The book was printed in Maikop (the capital of the Adyg Republic – a small Caucasian one inside Russia; the public atmosphere for religious freedoms there is more liberal, than in the Krasnodar Territory), in the typography, which is connected with the Evangelical Christian Missionary Union of Russia (the member of the World Commonwealth of the Christian and Missionary Alliance, Colorado, USA).
6. The publication was supported with the kind donations of the women of the Western Embassies in Moscow, collected through Moscow branch (the deaconess – Nathaly Koff) of the Mission in Russia of the American Rehabilitation Ministry and Bible Academy.
7. In the second project we published in 2014 the other book of the same author – “As the Thorn has become the Roselet” (in Rus.: “Kak Kolyuchka stala Rozochkoy”), which contains a fine story about the reconciliation between different genders and between atheists and believers. It is the sequel of the first book. It was published in the same way, as the first one. The only difference: the second book printing was supported by the prominent member of the German party Cristian Democratic Union, pastor Gerhard Leiser (Karlsruhe, Baden, Germany).
8. In the third project we have published 20 000 post cards with the very patient and polite appeal to Putin to return to the believers the historic German Evangelish Lutheran Kirche in Krasnodar, which had been confiscated by Stalin and continues to be kept by today Russian authorities in “the abomination of desolation” (Mt., 24:15). The post cards were printed in the same typography in four variants: two with Russian text, one – with the German appeal and one – with the English text. Any person can take such a card, put there a postal stamp and send it to Putin. By this moment 15 000 such post cards have been sent. The most astonishing fact is, that this project was supported with the donations of four Islamic sheiks: one – Kurdish (Curmanj or Kurmanch), second – Afghan, third – Tadzhik, fourth – Adyg (not a usual one, but repatriate from Kosovo). For me it was not a surprise, because I had taken part in the protection of the violated religious freedoms of all four sheiks congregations. Thus, true is the Scripture: “All things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets” (Mt., 7:12).
9. So, we are realizing inside Russia the peacemaking projects with the involvement of the USA and Germany, Russians and Poles, Caucasian and Central Asia tribes, Christians and Moslems, Protestants and Catholics. I am sure: any enforced attempt to press on Russia from outside is counter-productive. Only soft (I even would have said: gentle and spiritual) power peacemaking projects, being realized from inside of Russia, can transform the Russian society into the peaceful and non-dangerous part of the Global Nations Commonwealth. Therefore, I recommend to all the “people of good will” (Lk., 2:14) to support our projects.
10. Peace unto you! (John, 20:19)

  1. In spite of their unlimited wealth the Prokhorovs refused to support the depicted projects. They preferred to have the Civil Platform party to be involved in the process of Crimea incorporation in Russia and in the civil war in the East Ukraine.
