Brauer (Russian citizen) became the bishop (now - archbishop) after the deportation of the bishop Siegfried Springer (German citizen) from Russia. Springer was one of the cofounders (alongside with N. E. Alyoshin, N. N. Voroshilova, etc.) of the Russian Evangelical Alliance. Springer had sent N. E. Alyoshin, as a special church envoy, to Abkhazia to establish the contacts with the Evangelical believers. Brauer became the member of the Russia President Council for Religious Affairs. On 28 January 2016 Brauer had a speech in the State Duma (Russia Parliament lower chamber), in which he demanded to adopt the new law on religions to restrict the freedoms and legal rights of the "sektarians", naming with such a term all religious organizations, except the Orthodoxes, Catholics and Brauer Church. Thus, Brauer tries to restrict the rights of the Evangelicals, Baptists, Pentecosts, Adventists, Methodists, etc., i. e. of all the members of the Evangelical Alliance. Therefore, Brauer has demolished all the efforts of Springer, who positioned Lutherans, as the leading force of the Evangelical Alliance. Now it is clear, that only Christian Restoration Movement is entrusted by the God Himself to lead the Evangelical Alliance. Alleluia!
