Obama in his second Inaugural Address on 21.01.2013 said: “All men are created
equal”. This is the Bible allusion (Genesis, 1:27), connected with the “Declaration
of Independence” and with the Septuagintally-Erasmian understanding of the word
“anthropos” (being explained as “having no “tropos”, i. e. having no determined
and predetermined way, manner, method, way of life, conduct, condition, custom,
nature, means, etc.).
