1. Putin and
Prokhorova were informed about the necessity to return to the Khan Palace
(Bakhchisaray, Crimea) its’ historic library – the treasure collection of
manuscripts and books of the Crimean Khans and Turkish Sultans, which was
confiscated by the communists and hidden in Leningrad, i. e. Petersburg. The
confirmation of them being informed watch in “Prokhorova. Ukraine. Crimea.
Germany.” (in Rus. “Prokhorova. Ukraina. Crim. Germania.”,
isaurian.blogspot.com, 12 April 2014, and further comments). However, neither
he, nor she discussed this problem during the “Straight line with the president”
on 17 April 2014.
2. Putin
nevertheless continues to have the possibility to return the library: he said,
he was working to elaborate the new Presidential Ukase to restore the rights of
the peoples, deported from Crimea by Stalin. It can mean the returning of the
Khan Palace library (the treasure of the Crimea Tatars), of the Simferopol
kirche buildings (the German Lutheran inheritance), etc.
3. Prokhorova
was the participant of the “Straight line”, sitting quite in the TV studio in
front of the president. She was given the right to speak. But in her speech one
could hear only some emotions without any concrete fact, problem or surname to
be articulated. The wonderful possibility to restore the violated rights of the
Crimea Tatars and German Lutherans was lost.
4. True is
the Scripture: “It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in
princes” (Ps., 118:9).
5. Repentance
(in Greek “metanoia”) is, according to Bonhoeffer’s “Ethic”, the personal
responsibility.
6. Therefore,
being in the constant metanoia, let us work on the basis of the personal
responsibility.

Putin's Ukase (№ 268 from 21 April 2014) mentions no concrete project, but contains the order to the Russian Government to elaborate the measures for "national-cultural and spiritual revival of the Crimea Tatarian and German" (Crimea one) peoples. It means that our suggestions to return Khan Palace library and Simferopol kirche, though they have not been adopted at once, have received the strong legal basis for further development.
