1. A special “round table” “Roerich pact. History and contemporaneity” took place in the Krasnodar historical museum on 17 July 2014. It caused a huge scandal, but simultaneously gave a wonderful advantage for the peacemaking.

2. At first the representatives of the Krasnodar Territory administration, to which the museum belongs, were terribly scandalized, because the envoys of the “Moscow Roerich Center” (MRC) (Non-Government Organization) declared, that Putin had smashed the financial basis of the Roerich movement in Russia, because he had ordered to liquidate the “Master Bank” (Central Bank of Russia had annulled the licence of that bank; the owner of the “Master Bank” Bulochnik, who had been paying money to MRC, is now being searched by police to be arrested for fraud).

3. At second, a sharp quarrel with the straight insults and threats (“You have no right to exist!”) took place between the envoys of MRC and their opponents (e.g. professor Borisov), supporting the position of the “Roerich department of the East Peoples Arts State Museum” (Moscow). Borisov, basing his opinion on the dissertation of Doctor of Historical Sciences Rosov, approved by the Russia Supreme Attestation Commission and by the Russia Academy of Sciences History Division, said, that Roerich was not any spiritual phenomenon, but was the scientist-orientalist and the triple intelligence agent, who was realizing the secret contacts of Stalin and Roosevelt with the Japanese military Government before WIIW. Roerich, in such a case, can be compared with Lawrence of Arabia (“Russian Roerich of Shambala”). Borisov said, that Roerich’s Central Asia expeditions were not to find the mystical country of Shambala (Shangrila), but to provide the scientific basis for the creation of the “New State” – the Japanese hemispheric Buddhist Empire. Supporting Borisov, some orthodox icon-worshipping participants of the “round table” pronounced aloud the opinion of the Moscow Patriarchate, that MRC was the “satanic anti-Christian heretical sect”.

4. The MRC envoys, from their side, accused Borisov to be immoral and illiterate plagiarist. They said, that Roerich, his wife and two sons had been the “saint envoys of the Cosmic Nous” to accelerate the “evolution of the Earth”. Therefore, they consider all the opponents of the MRC to be the “agents of the dark cosmic lords”, fighting against the light. They also accused the Russian state museums in the illegal capture of the Roerichs’ inheritance (collections, archives, pictures, flats, a land parcel and a mansion in the center of Moscow, etc.).

5. All it was quite a disgusting spectacle. It was rigorously stopped by professor N. E. Alyoshin. He said: “A plague a’both houses” (“Romeo and Juliet”, III, i, 9), because “And the house of Jacob shall be a fire, and the house of Joseph a flame” (Obadiah, 18). Shame on both opposite sides of the dispute! The “Roerich pact” does exist. It must actually be used here and now to protect the cultural, spiritual and scientifical objects. Drop immediately your irksome dispute about money, property, the rights on inheritance, etc. Vivify the pact of Roerich with the concrete acts of culture protection. E.g. join us in our appeal to Putin to return to the believers the historic German Evangelish Lutheran kirche in Krasnodar, which was confiscated by Stalin and is being kept in the possession of the obscurant vandals.” Here professor Alyoshin spread 150 post cards with the mentioned appeal to Putin among the “round table” participants (watch: “Putin. 6. The situation became very calm. All the participants took the post cards. They were impressed very much, because the post cards had been drawn with the using of Roerich’s method – “visualization of the apparition”. The future possible event – the opening of the returned kirche by Putin and Merkel – is drawn on the post card picture.

7.  “Use the methods of Roerich. Use the pact of Roerich to solve the actual concrete problems!” – called Alyoshin. He also suggested to motivate Putin to sign the “Roerich pact” (thus correcting the mistake of Stalin, who had refused to do it), to ensure its’ ratification in Russian Parliament and to adjust all Russian home and foreign policy according to that famous document.

8. Thus, the “round table” has led to the discovery of the possibility to use “the Roerich pact” as the today actual tool to influence the contemporary Russia supreme ruler to advance peacemaking.
