Dr. G. Rothschild is the representative of the world-famous financial family and one of the biggest global organizers of the world net of the scientific research through the CGIAR (Consultative Group for the International Agricultural Research) of the IMF (International Monetary Fund) and World Bank. CGIAR coordinates the work of about 30 biggest world research institutions (e. g. IRRI – International Rice Research Institute). Dr. G. Rothschild invited Dr. N. Alyoshin to speak on his views on the biological species after Dr. Alyoshin report on this theme in 1994 at the seminar in the London Museum of the Natural History. In 1996 N. E. Alyoshin spoke on the named subject in the Anglo-Indian Rice Research Center of the Sussex University (Lewes, UK); in 1997 he spoke on this item in the Durrell center for the propagation of rare species (the bailiwick of Jersey, Channel Islands) and in 1998 – in the Royal Botanical Gardens (Kew, Richmond, UK), in the Aberdeen University (Scotland, UK) and in the Prague University (Czech Republic).
