IMMORTAL  GULAG

1. The 30-th session of the founded by N. E. Alyoshin “Civil Forum” (free discussion club) of Krasnodar took place on 21 May 2016. I had there the main report on the “Possibility of the mass street actions in modern Russia”. The explanation read further.

2. Many people (especially of the “democratic parties”) are very morbid and hopeless: they think, such street actions improbable. Their opinion is based on the non-understanding of the essence of the current political and social system in Russia. Quite on the contrary I think, the mass street actions in Russia are possible. 3. The morbidness of some democrats is explained with the fact, that all the country is included into the huge street action, controlled by the authorities and called “Immortal Regiment”. This project includes the giant (multimillion) street demonstrations and manifestations, in which people used to walk in the streets with the portraits of their relatives, slain during the WIIW or having been the participants of that war, but having died after it. The project is a success, indeed, because every family in Russia has a close or a distant relative to be slain during that war. We have here a kind of the predecessors cult – every one wants to show his ancestors to be the war heroes, to honour them, etc.

4. But we must remember the other fact – every family in Russia has a close or a distant relative to be the victim of political or religious repressions (e. g., both my grandfathers were murdered in GULAG; I myself was the aim of repressions and persecutions – watch: http://isaurian.blogspot.ru/2016/02/alive-after-his-passion.html#more; http://isaurian.blogspot.ru/2014/11/honourary-prisoner.html#more; http://isaurian.blogspot.ru/2014/08/persecution-of-peacemaker.html#more; http://isaurian.blogspot.ru/2016/04/sakharov-guriyanov-alyoshin.html#more).

All the relatives of the repressed persons are themselves the victims of GULAG (the Chief Directorate of Prison Camps – in Rus. “Glavnoe Upravlenie Lagerey” – GULAG; people considered those camps to be the islands, absolutely separated from the normal life – from the “big land”, therefore, the Nobel Laureate Solzhenitsyn named his book about the horrors of such camps “The GULAG Archipelago”).

5. Therefore, I have publicly suggested to invent and to develop the new project – “Immortal GULAG” – the mass street manifestations and demonstrations with the portraits of the victims of GULAG (relatives, murdered in GULAG or tormented through it).

6. Dozens of millions of human beings were the victims of GULAG, were shot dead, spent there best years of their life, were murdered with starvation, were tormented, were deported, etc. on political, religious, ethnic basis. We must show their faces publicly in the streets. Not to speak about them in the closed rooms and at the snobbish conferences, not to read their names, having gathered in a restricted area (watch: http://isaurian.blogspot.ru/2013/11/at-martyrs-grave-30102013.html#more) or to publish them in books of a restricted circulation. No! We must lead millions in the streets to show the truth: Russia is growing out of the soil, consisting of the bodies of dozens of millions of GULAG victims and bleeding with their blood.

7. Sure, the project “Immortal GULAG” must be supported. Therefore, I appeal for such a support.

8. All those, who wants to see the democratic Russia to be the full-right member of the democratic nations family, support the “Immortal GULAG”!

9. The relatives and friends of the victims, support the “Immortal GULAG”!

10. The honest and responsible politicians and public figures, support the “Immortal GULAG”!

11. The peacemakers and human rights activists, support the “Immortal GULAG”!

12. The scientists, artists, writers, journalists, support the “Immortal GULAG”!

13. The spiritual leaders, support the “Immortal GULAG”!
