1. On 31 October 2017 a Khalifate militant (29 years old Saifullo Khabibulaevich Saipov, an Uzbek with a “green card”) on a light lorry attacked walkers in New York. Eight people were murdered (5 Argentinians, 1 woman – a Belgium citizen), eleven (including 1 woman – citizen of Germany) were heavily wounded. It was a clear lesson for the authorities of New York and of the USA (read further).

2. Saifullo Saipov was crying: “Allah akbar!” In his lorry a note was found, that he was a soldier of Khalifate.

3. The essence of this lesson is following: the authorities of New York and of the USA are to use my discoveries and methods (http://isaurian.blogspot.ru/2017/05/peacemaking-discoveries-and-methods.html#more), including the methods to work with the Uzbeks (http://isaurian.blogspot.ru/2017/01/two-uzbeks.html#more) to prevent the terroristic attacks.
