MEETING WITH
GERMAN AMBASSADOR

1. On 16 April 2019 the German Ambassador in
Russia Ruediger von Fritsch, accompanied by the Embassy first secretary Thomas
Huber, visited the German Evangelish Lutheran community of Krasnodar.
2. There I met with him and presented him 20
post cards in German with the appeal to Putin to return the building of the
historic German Lutheran kirche of Krasnodar to the believers. The Ambassador
accepted the post cards (http://isaurian.blogspot.com/2013/10/putin-merkel-kirche-sehen.html#more)
with thanks and promised to pick up the question of kirche during the talks
with Krasnodar Territory Governor Veniamin Kondratiev later this day.
3. In the meeting pastor Gerhard Leiser (a 90-years-old
German from Karlsruhe, Baden) and his wife Gisela took part.
4. One more participant was the chairwoman of
the German community Lidiya Fomaidis (Seiler).
