1. On 29 November 2019 on Friday midday a
28-years old English citizen – a refugee from Kashmir – Usman Khan attacked
with a knife the walkers on London Bridge in London. He killed two persons and
wounded three ones. He was captured by the other walkers and then shot to death
by the police.
2. In 2012 Usman Khan was convicted to 8 years
of prison for participating in the planning to explode the London Exchange. In
2018 he was liberated on the parole. He took part in the Cambridge University
programme for the rehabilitation of the former convicts; on 29 November 2019 he
spoke on its’ conference and then attacked the walkers.
3. London gave us a splendid lesson: the
English authorities use in the fight with Khalifate only straight police
methods, including the rehabilitation ones, while they are to use my
