ISIDOR  DIED

1. On the eighth of August 2020 died Isidor – the Metropolitan of Ekaterinodar and Kuban. He died with the coronavirus infection. Also his younger brother (who was Isidor’s private secretary) and his elder sister (who was the nun to keep his home) died. Isidor was 79; he ruled the bishopric in the Krasnodar Territory for 33 years.

2. Marina Cherkashina (Shahbazyan) – the editor of the newspaper “Orthodox Voice of Kuban” (Isidor was the chief editor) wrote, that Isidor had been infected by the “COVID-dissidents, who had the faith as the Lutherans”.

3. Isidor was buried in the sarcophagus of the Ekaterina Cathedral of Krasnodar. On the 26-th of August 2020 a former exarch of Belarus Metropolitan Paul was appointed to be the Metropolitan of Ekaterinodar and Kuban.

4. Isidor was informed about the situation with a historical German Lutheran kirche in Krasnodar (http://isaurian.blogspot.com/2013/10/blog-post.html#more; http://isaurian.blogspot.com/2013/10/putin-merkel-kirche-vision.html#more; http://isaurian.blogspot.com/2013/10/putin-merkel-kirche-sehen.html#more), but he did not help to solve the problem.

5. Even more, he, not once, published the anti-Lutheran articles in his newspaper (http://isaurian.blogspot.com/2020/06/fourth-antilutheran-attack.html#more).

6. He did not use my peacemaking discoveries and methods in the work with the Moslems (http://isaurian.blogspot.com/2017/05/peacemaking-discoveries-and-methods.html#more).
