1. “Avdet” – the newspaper of the Mejlis of the Qirimtatars (Eng., - Crimean Tatars, Germ. – Krimtataren) – in № 30 (713) for 30 July 2012 (watch www.avdet.org) on the pages 1, 7 published our press release “PUTIN  AND  TREASURES  OF  QIRIMTATARS” (watch this blog note from 12.03.2012).

2. This publication was forestalled with our intensive consultations in the Mejlis with Refat-bey Chubarov (first deputy chairman of the Mejlis, watch this blog note for 29.07.2012), Ali-bey Hamzin (the Mejlis international department chief), Zair-bey Smedlyaev (the Mejlis responsible secretary) and Shevket-bey Kaibullah (the news-paper “Avdet” and journal “Qasevet” chief editor).

3. During the consultations the information was discussed about the International Berlin Gathering (watch isaurian.blogspot.com from 28.06.2012), about the discovery of the Biblical prophecy about Koran (isaurian.blogspot.com from 11.07.2012), about the significance of the Khan-palace library.

4. In the result of the consultations the following theses were formulated:

a) the sufi brother dinners with the spiritual talks (sokhbets), being practised by the Mejlis members, in their structure are analogous to the events of the International Berlin Gathering (and the prayer breakfasts of the POTUS), therefore all the named events can be included into the united system;

b) the discovery of the Biblical prophecy about Koran is the powerful peace-making instrument;

c) the appeal to return the Khan-palace library to Bakhchisaray, sent personally to V. V. Putin, is the significant element of the international public diplomacy.

5. Now, after the “Avdet” newspaper publication, the fact can be firmly ascertained, that the appeal to V. V. Putin to return the Khan-palace library has actually become the important factor of the international public diplomacy.
