CIVIL  RIGHTS  CHAPLAIN

1. For the ministers, calling on the God Emmanuel, the God, Who is with us (Matthew, 1:23), is enlarging their coast (1 Chronicles, 4:10). Further we are publishing the document of such an enlargement.

2. With this document Andrew Novosyolov (a man, whom I had immersed in 2005, who had been wandering in 2006 – 2014 in France, Switzerland, Portugal, Spain, Canary Islands, Atlantic Ocean, Mediterranean Sea and in 2014 was appointed the chief of the Krasnodar Territory branch of the situated in Moscow all-Russia human rights defending and charity organization “Committee for Civil Rights”) has entrusted me to be the field chaplain of the named branch in order to support spiritually the persecuted in Russia persons, whom the named Committee defends; to immerse, to give the Eucharist, to confess them and to keep the register of them.

3. Thus, the coast of my responsibility as the chaplain of the mission in Russia of the American Rehabilitation Ministry and Bible Academy (www.ARM.org), as the field chaplain of the “Radiation Control” (to work with the rescue team and with the “green” ecologists of different kinds) and the church councilor (kirchenrat) for the German Evangelish-Lutheran congregation of Krasnodar (to work with the persecuted ethnic Germans and with the different German spiritual organizations) has been enlarged by Jesus with the new responsibility to work with the numerous victims, trying to receive the support from the “Committee for Civil Rights”. NB: the chairman of that Committee is Andrew Babushkin, who is also the member of the Russia President Council for Human Rights. During the sessions of this Council Babushkin has the possibility to communicate with Putin in person – to transfer different petitions and appeals straightly into the hands of the President, etc.

4. After the issuing of Novosyolov’s document the “Committee for Civil Rights” has become the only Russian human rights organization to have its’ own field chaplain. The same situation is with the “Radiation Control” – it is also the only Russian ecologist organization to have its’ own field chaplain.

5. All those, who are suffering with the human rights violations, with the ethnic persecutions (e.g., Germans), with the environment contamination (first of all – with the radioactive one) are now able to come to Christ through the mission in Russia of the American Rehabilitation Ministry and Bible Academy.
