PAUL TO HEBREWS
Press release
№ 101 E
1.
Anti-paulinists say the Bible epistle to Hebrews was not written by Paul. Their
main arguments are following: at first, Paul used to sign all his epistles with
his own name, while “Hebrews” is not signed with the name of Paul; at second,
anti-paulinists are sure, that “Hebrews” differs from the Paul’s epistles
lexicologically. The God Almighty has revealed to me, that those arguments are
lie.
2. “Paul” is
the Roman cognomen of one of the most aristocratic patrician families, the
member of which was Lucius Aemilius Paulus, who won the battle at Pydna over
the Macedonian king Perseus in 168 B. C. This battle was one of the most
decisive events in the world history, because it brought the Eastern Mediterranean
into the Pax Romana; it began the liquidation of the Macedonian dynasties rule
with its’ paganism in the region; it stimulated Judas Maccabaeus and his
brothers to begin the rebellion and the war against the Syro-Macedonian
kingdom.
Therefore,
the Roman chieftain received the honourary title “the Macedonian” (compare: “a
man of Macedonia” – “anaer tis aen Makedoon” – “vir macedo” of Acts, 16:9),
while his victory came into the world history with a special name “Pauliana
Victoria”.
The
evangelization of the other descendant of this family – the Cyprus deputy
(“anthypatoo” – “proconsul”) Sergius Paulus brought apostle Saul to the right
to have the patrician Roman cognomen “Paul” (Ac. 13, 7 – 9).
3. Consequently,
the most probable field to find the Paul’s signature is the text of the Latin
Bible – “Vulgata”. And in this text it is possible to read: “Minuisti eum paulo
minus ab angelis” (V., Heb. 2:7), i. e. “Thou madest him a little lower than
the angels” (KJV, Heb. 2:7). This is the straight citation of Psalm, 8:5 (KJV),
which in Latin form contains the same “paulo minus” (V., Ps. 8:6).
Such a citation
is, without any doubt, the signature of Saint Paul the Apostle, made in usually
used by him epiphenomenal manner. “Paulo minus” – the last, the least, the
out-of-time, the abortive apostle – being enclosed in humiliation, being
enclosed in Christ!
4. Now about
the lexicology. Only Paul in all the Bible is connected with the word
“theater”.
To the
theater were Paul’s companions brought in Ephesus (Ac. 19:29, 31). Paul himself
wrote: “God hath set forth us the apostles last, as it were appointed to death:
for we are made a spectacle unto the world, and to angels, and to men.” (KJV, 1
Cor. 4:9). The “Secretaries of the God” – the 70 translators to write “the New
Septuagint”, i. e. the KJV, mentioned in the KJV 1-st edition margins, that “a
spectacle” could be translated as “a theatre”. That is clear, because in the
original Greek text here the world “theatron” is used. And Vulgata
“spectaculum” is given in this place.
But what
about “Hebrews”?
5. There Paul
writes: “ye were made a gazingstock” (KJV, Heb. 10:33). In original Greek text
it is written: “theatrizomenoi” (i. e. “you were made a theater”), while in
Vulgata is used the word “spectaculum”.
“Theater” is
not a mere chance; it is not even the coincidence; no, it is the firm
lexicological evidence!
6. And one
evidence more: in Heb. 10:2 it is written, that “the worshippers once purged
should have had no more conscience of sins”. Vulgata here gives a very
interesting formula: “conscientiam peccati cultores …” etc. This formula is
evidently connected with the famous Paul’s appeal: “Wherefore, my dearly
beloved, flee from idolatry” (KJV, 1 Cor. 10:14). In Vulgata the last one is
called “idolorum cultura”.
“Come and
see” (Rev. 6:1): “peccati cultores” is strongly connected with “idolorum
cultura”!
7. By the
way, many profaners name any “non-material culture” (fine arts, literature,
music, dances, etc.) with the words “spiritual culture”. No, it is not more
than “idolorum cultura”. And this is the revelation, given through Paul.
8. In the
Holy Spirit follow Paul’s commandment: “Imitatores mei estote sicut et ego christi”
(V, 1 Cor. 4:16), i. e. “imitate me to imitate Christ”.
9. Peace unto
you (John, 20:19)!
