Биография


1977 — окончил биологический факультет Кубанского Государственного Университета, Краснодар (диплом с отличием специалиста «биолог, преподаватель биологии и химии»).
1982 — кандидат сельскохозяйственных наук (растениеводство, кремниевое удобрение риса; диплом Университета Дружбы Народов, Москва; утверждён ВАК СССР).

1996 — доктор сельскохозяйственных наук (селекция и семеноводство, кремниефильность риса, диплом ВАК РФ).

RUSSIA  CURRENT  SYSTEM  CHANGE

1. In Russian mass-media it has become constantly repeated the following mantra: “The Soviet communist system is demolished; the capitalist market system with the multipartisan overbuilding of the democratic institutions has been constructed; there is no alternative to this new system; and the change of persons inside the system is not the change of the system”. The opinion about the absence of the alternative to the depicted system is, however, a lie. It is possible to change the current system in Russia. Even more, such a development is inevitable.

2. It is true, that the majority of Russians does not want coming back to Stalinism (to Soviet power, to the monopoly of atheism and Marxism, etc.) and even is agree to suppress communists with armed force (August 1991, October 1993). It also is agree with the suppress of Nazis (“Maneghka” – nazi riot in Moscow); of caliphate supporters (Chechnya), of anarchists (including all their colors, e.g. the “green atshiists” – watch the Krasnodar bombers case in the press release “Antifa”, in Rus., isaurian.blogspot.com, 16.01.2012).
Because of this neither communism, nor national-socialism, neither caliphate, nor anarchism are the alternative to the existing system. And being offered by the quasi-westernizing quasi-liberals projects of pussyriots and lehobits are inducing in the Russian electorate majority either laughter or disgust.
3. Naturally, no alternative can be offered by the “intrasystem theoreticians”: thus, during the sessions of the “Valdai-2013” club Prokhanov suggested Russia “to build altars and battle tanks”; Karaganov – to come from the oil economy to the innovation one; Kudrin – to take of some budget articles 3% and to add these 3% to the other ones. It means, they do not offer to change the system, but try to show the “right” aims, to which the system must stream.
4. In the same time the West is extremely negatively valuing the Russian system, in spite of its market and multipartisan democratic institutions.
Why so? Because the ideological niche of the system overbuilding has been occupied by the Moscow Patriarchate. In USSR all were afraid of the communist-party-apparatus-men, and in the New Russia they have begun to be afraid of the patriarchate-men.
The ideology of the today system is the orthodoxy, having incorporated in itself the paganism (heathenism), on the basis of which the elite tries to reach the “national solidarism”. Thus, we have PONS – Pagan-Orthodox National Solidarism. In this situation the system tries to have NCO-NGOs (including the religious ones) as its social appendix. Thus we have SAPOG – Social Appendix of the Police Government. So, Russia current system is the market, pretending to have the democratic institutions, where the ideological sphere dominator is SAPOG with PONS.
5. It is successfully engaged in sacralization of the power. E .g., one can open “The Orthodox Church Calendar with Tropars and Kondaks” (i. e. with the official liturgical hymns) for 2013 (edition of Russian Orthodox Church Moscow Patriarchy, 2012, in Rus., 278 p.). It is a mighty instrument of the cult, including the one of the saints, the holydays to honour whom (only most important) are written for every day. Among them: 52 monarchs (emperors, czars, kings), 14 heirs and royal families members (including Romanovs, Rurikoviches, Genghisides), as well as 106 feudal potentates of a lower rank; a multitude of officials, military commanders and church hierarches (popes, patriarchs, metropolitans, archbishops, bishops). This, the power in Russia is the “power of the saints”! Consequently, the power itself (and current system) is the “sacral” one.
This is the base for the new conceptions of the Russia messianship. The problem, however, is in the fact, that the serving SAPOG always has the tendency to pretend to possess the power itself, to be the leader of the system. Here we shall restrict ourselves with the examples of the behavior of cardinal Wolsey and of the bishop of Winchester, depicted in the Shakespeare’s play “Henry VIII or All Is True”.
This situation threatens with the system selfdestruction. Therefore the system with the market and democratic institutions needs the counterbalance for every element. In our case it is necessary to have the ideological counterbalance for the patriarchate-men. The political leadership of the country, as it seems, is beginning to understand it (watch “Putin about the power of the Lord”, in Rus., isaurian.blogspot.com, 28.07.2013) and even is beginning to speak about the religious equality (watch “What hath God wrought”, in Rus., isaurian.blogspot.com, 14.09.2013). And if we are equal in the prayers, when we ask the Lord to bless us, it means, that the Moscow Patriarchate is equal to the other praying communities!
During “Valdai-2013” session Putin said: “Identity, the national idea cannot be enforced from above, cannot be built on the basis of the ideological monopoly” (“Rossiyskaya Gazeta”, 26.09. – 03.10.2013, № 216/6192, p. 2). It means he understands that the ideological counterbalance is necessary.
6. Consequently, to change significantly current system in Russia is possible with the weighty strengthening of the Protestants social positions. Namely it will be the counterbalance for the patriarchate-men. Indeed, it is characteristic for the Protestants: a) congregationalism (no highly hierarchized structure, trying to seize the power, will exist); b) personal responsibility (which is, in Bonheoffer, metanoia, i. e. repentance; and this is the base of the private enterprising and addiction for democracy); c) the Protestant labour ethic (labour as the religious duty, and not a feudal tribute); d) independent Bible reading (and not the acceptance of the pharisaic hierarches rule – watch “The Nazarenes and Vanity”, in Rus., isaurian.blogspot.com. 27.06.2013).
If the civil power wants to have the patriarchate, as the “national identifier of the Russian folk”, but not to give it the fullness of the power, it will have to create the Protestant counterbalance in the Russian system.
7. With the other reasons the opposition also will inevitably come to the Protestants. Behold, the Soviet dissidents were the anticommunists. And today the country has the anticommunist regime – but with the patriarchate. Consequently, the opposition inevitably must move to the side of the counterbalance. And this is much more serious, than the pussyriotism or lehobitism. Therefore, dear sirs oppositioners, read the Bible, use the Biblical rhetoric, enter the Protestant congregations-movements-ministries (from hyperliberal and superadiaphoristic Lutherans to overfundamentalistic Baptists) or create yours own.
This will let declare the counteract to the propaganda of the patriarchate superiority (i.e. stay on the Russian Constitution and the 282-nd article of the Russia Criminal Code!) and receive, as a tool, the fight for religious freedom, i. e. for the “first freedom” (it is called so after the first point of the US Constitution first Amendment).
8. The West leaders (US, UK, Germany, etc.), if they want really to have spiritual and ideological bridge, connecting them with Russia; if they want to have “Russia with a human face”, must support the Protestants positions strengthening up to the state of a counterbalance. It is necessary here to take into account, that the structurized objects (unions, congregations, etc.) are suitable for the administrative pressure. Thus, it is better to support the minimally structurized objects, namely: youth informal Christian ministries and movements (including those ones, based on the web-nets); personal outstanding religious organizers (as the special type of the social moderators, which corresponds with the biblical principle “2-2-2”, i. e. 2 Tim., 2:2); the wandering chaplaincies (watch Shakespeare, “Henry VIII or All Is True”, V, ii, 50 – 51), etc.
